We've reached a bit of a landmark today - 1000 posts in the forum and about 4 years since TunA has existed in all its various formats. It hasn't made me rich, but it's been a blast bringing you lot stacks of new music!

To 'celebrate' here's news of The Playground Unsigned music competition. It's open to any UK based band and the winner will receive a recording deal worth £10,000 with an internationally respected producer who has worked with a range of acts including Brian Eno, Herbie Hancock, Babyshambles and Kylie Minogue.

Today's TunA artists may well want to take up the challange. Half Naked are from Didcot in Oxfordshire famous for its cooling towers, which can be seen from sodding everywhere, and err....?
