For quite a small place Witney has a lot going on. Take Twitney, a community internet project set up by ex-Coronation Street director Ric Mellis.

It’s unique in the UK in that it's focussed entirely on one location – West Oxfordshire. They've already had some great music based stories about the Riverside Festival / Witchwood School of Rock and Rapture and they'll be covering Battstock 2010 *
The great thing about the films they make is that they are expertly shot and edited, which makes them a pleasure to watch.
You might feel that today's track is a little MOR for the site (and I'd probably agree with you) but
we've been lacking female country recently so what the heck.
It's by New York songwriter Ellen Woloshin who's penned stuff for Dionne Warwick and LaToya Jackson and is from her new album Water Into Wine out in September.
Pip pip

* Don't worry you'll be hearing all about Battstock next week!!
