Stressed out by all the electoral shenanigans of the last few weeks? Follow the example of daughter Daisy who, on a recent trip to our local garden centre, nipped into one of the summer houses for a quick 'Zen' moment. 

To be honest it lasted precisely 9 seconds and then she got the giggles so I'm not sure how much enlightenment she received!

We kick of our TunA week with a punchy piece of Pop Punk from BULLit.

They formed with the idea of creating music of style and groove, having grown up listening listening to the likes of The Police, The Who and Red Hot Chilli Peppers.

I think there is a touch of early Sting on this when he was still with Andy and Stuart and before he found jazz and the lute!
