All this week we're celebrating International Record Store Day when independently owned stores all over the world come together with artists to celebrate the art of music.

Special vinyl and CD releases and various promotional products have been made exclusively for the day (Blur have released a new track) and hundreds of artists will make special appearances.

Rapture in Witney have got an amazing line up arranged which includes Les Clochards another Oxford band that I had no idea existed until recently.

Their influences range between Jacques Brel and Billy Fury (now there's a combination) and I love this track to bits, which I think sounds like Pink Martini meets Richard Hawley!!

They'll be under the clocktower on Saturday at 12:15pm and their album Sweet Tableaux, which is ruddy fantastic, is available here.
