This song by 80's pop miserablists The The was my soundtrack to the Edinburgh Festival of 1987 when I spent a blissful month helping to run a venue, acting in a children's show and getting to bed no earlier 3am most nights. What larks!!

It's from the excellent Soul Mining album which is well worth checking out.

We tread the jazz path with today's TunA from female vocalist Rodina.

Her debut album Over The Sun was produced by Joe Tatton who has worked with Corinne Bailey Rae and if you like her sound you can get your hands on it here.
