Tor of Duty
Yesterday our desire to move to the South West led us to Glastonbury - well it seemed like an obvious choice really. The charming high street, as well as being packed with shops selling crystals, ambient CDs and books about King Arthur, had an estate agent with a sense of humor and....honesty!!

I know, I know I couldn't believe it either, but 'tis true. The Real Ralph Bending say it as they see it and do it with a wink. Here are some words of wisdom from their home page -

Most estate agents operate on the principle of 'Do unto others what you'd hate to have done to yourself' - why is that? I blame the parents. Why in God's name did they say 'yes' when their troubled offspring came back after a shift on the Woolies sweet counter with the immortal words 'I've been offered a job as an Estate Agent - do you think I should take it?'.

I DO hope we end up buying a place through them, I think it might be a laff!

I've featured Showstar before on the site, but had a listen to their album . (that's Dot and not to be confused with their other album Full Stop) again the other day and really liked this track. I think it has a touch of Snow Patrol about it and the CD is packed with great guitar-based hooks.
