Great! They don't sound like anyone else (least of all their listed influences), nor are they focusing their sound on commercially successful models. Their My Space slot is good, with live stuff and incomplete studio work, all of which I liked.

The fondness for repeating lyrics immediately is potentially a problem for me and the guitar needs a chance to express and assert itself in a space. If they can find an engineer or producer who understands that sort of thing they will really fly.

The talent is all there. Let's go!

The guy who produced it also did some of Blondie's early stuff.

Yes, reading the influences wasn't quite sure what to expect. On listening, got a great little song that I really enjoyed. They should have great success with this one or I'll eat my shorts!

I thought the production was way over the top - all those layers of instruments and backing vocals were in danger of drowning the song. I also thought the lyrics were a bit 'sixth-form poetry'.

But I can forgive everything when it has that fantastic guitar work and a song that just, well, works.
