This is a great song particularly the narrative lyric,which I loved.

Looking at the line up of one Spaniard on guitar, a Ugandan bassist and Zimbabwean drummer, it's not so disappointing that the sound has really nothing to do with the singer's birthplace.

This is a post Marley, international Caribbean pop with it's American influences on it's sleeve and delivered in a London accent.

I know several White Africans, their identity has much less cool street cred than Black Africans born in say London or Paris. So I sort of wish he'd imprinted his music with a bit of Ju Ju guitar style or the vocal harmonies of the streets of Jo'burg.
