The kinship with Hendrix is the first impression. The voice is excellent and the song writing is very good. I think they need a place for the lead guitar to go when he's not riffing, as it get's in the way of the song big time. I think Cream demonstrate this very well. It needs to make atmosphere, which the song suggests but the mood of the mix lacks.
