I love the way Hip Hop and Rap have got loads of young people to write, who wouldn't otherwise feel they were "allowed". I love the way the words skip out over the bar line.
I'm just sorry that the negative images of violence and drugs dominate the genre. What's with the surface crackle? Sounds a bit like a worn out 12". I would have liked a dramatic break, even a silence to change the gear a bit, no?

Incredibly talented group, I haven't been so entertained by a Hip Hop group for a long time. They sound great on CD but it doesn't compare to their live show. If you haven't seen them rip it live, you NEED to quick smart.

I would heartily endorse that last comment - but then you wouldn't expect me to do anything else really would you!
Seriously, go and see them live they are utterly superb.
These are a couple of lines I sent to their management after Friday's gig -
"If the Iranian’s had half the energy that Queens English generated last night they wouldn’t need any reactors! A big bucket load of top tunes and more stage craft than the RSC – miss these guys at your peril."
