Nice work, Boys!

I like the sentiments of the song but I wonder why the title "Emergency" is accompanied by such a logical argument and a gentle strum? Was it Stiff little fingers or the Dickies, who made that, no, it was "999" the Oi band.

I've just seen a question online.."Who made that great punk song 999Emergency"?
