I love the tunes and I love the words but I think this needs more planning in the instrumental roles.

The drums in particular need to change more with the parts of the song as they do briefly at the end of the first chorus.

I also think it sound hurried and could do with a few bpm less. I know she's worried but could she worry a bit slower please.

She's certainly got all the ability but I imagine directing/rehearsal time with a band is very had to achieve.
