Does this fusion of Western & Eastern unite your ear buds?

I wasn't sure to start with but have been suffering with a slow internet connection this morning. On third listen it grows doesn't it - reminds me of a cross between The Isley Brothers and Cameo, with that Prince like guitar break at the end. It's pleasing to hear a bit of protest dressed up in Funky clothes.

I love the mix on this. K'Wali stomping and the Indian percussion blend so well with the funk grooves as any of those artists who've made dance floor remixes of Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan will surely tesitfy.I bought the new "Was not was" album "Boo!" last year and it was/is high on my hits of 2008 list. This is very close in spirit to their humorous take on the music scene.
