So then, the original or this electronic re-vamp? Or indeed neither?

always love a "cover" when its completely different to the original, hence the Stranglers brilliant version of Walk on By being the best cover ever !! Like this too, a hard decision on Friday to vote for Tunatheweek Ade.....love to see these guys live....a hardy back foot cover drive...!! RHM

A very imaginative adaptation. Loved it! One draw back is the slowed down engine sound sample that opens the track and repeats throughout sounds like a rasping fart on my laptops little speakers.

Loved this - especially the big synth strings section break before the reprise of the chorus. All the fans of Ian Kilmister will be sucking their remaining few teeth in fury - spot on. Goldfrapp meets Massive Attack? A straight six beyond the grasping hands of the outfield for me.

The original always engenders a strangely conflicted response in me, moving from "Oh yes!" to "Okay, enough now"about 20 seconds later. This version is strangely soothing, and made a great background for the photos, which are weirdly compelling.

I think Massive Attack meets Goldfrapp is a pretty good call!
