I think this is thrash, bash, crash pop/rock at it's best, but what do you think?

well, its certainly thrash & bash....his voice reminds me of Paul Heaton impersonating Joe strummer....not overly impressed. Just wait Mr Ade until Zoe on Monday, finally get our act together and do a gig !! anywhere down your way we could play ???? RHM. ;)

I can totally hear it. It's Smiths/Housemartins and something else that I can't put my finger on.
Glad Tunatheday is appearing in my inbox again :)
Here's an oldie for you:
What happens if you play a Country record backwards?
You get your job and your wife back.

Very good Rupert. It's good to be back :-)

I heard this late, as I was driving all day yesterday.
Fabulous! Full of energy, great voice again! Where are you finding these people, Ade?
I would say that they so need a really strong producer/engineer who can get the energy but produce a less frenetic sound (the wash of ride cymbal in a fast track makes this more pronounced-drummers tend to get hyper when the blood is pumping and need reigning back hard).

That's my secret Mr C :-)
I have a number of very lovely small labels and music PR companies that send me stacks of stuff.
Tons of AMAZING tracks lined up for the next few weeks!!!
