wow...am I first one to reply...well first of all welcome back big Ade, you have been sorely missed. Track wise, yeah ok ish, conjures up many a memory of "body boarding" in newquay, which is needed seeing as we are snowed in here !! lovely..

Great to see you back Adrian - I've missed having new music to add to my collection.
Great track to start the 'new series' with.

By an amazing coincidence I heard this band yesterday at the Phoenix in Exeter and loved them. Not the sort of music I would normally listen to (Nina Simone, Fascinating Aida, Blossom Dearie) but I thought they were great, and I really liked this track. Glad to have you back, Tuna.

Thank God you're back! Record collection has been sailing into decidedly choppy waters during your absence although Santa did manage to bring me Amadou and Mariam which is totally wonderful. Really liked today's track too. Keep 'em coming!

I was thinking the same thing Kim! Amadou and Mariam is rather splendid isn't it!! Peter Gabriel's Big Blue Ball is well worth a go.

What a track, simple yet refined - a no nonsense approach to a no nonsense subject, i believe the song re visits the day four nearly new surfboards worth £1000's of pounds flew from the roof of a van at 80mph down the A38 main road in devon England. A true tale of anguish and deep deep sorrow.

Pogue 22 you wouldn't be connected with the group perchance? :-) If you are a mate of mine caught you at The Phoenix Arts Centre and thought you were excellent
