Does this get you going or leave you at the bus stop?

Some lovely things in todays track, particularly "random hold" effects on analogue synth (emulators?) but overall I've heard it all before so many times. I like some of the lo-fi synth pop around but this kind of mix is way too mainstream shopping mall for me.
Ade, your dedication is above and beyond commendable, take some time in a McDonalds to chill and do some posting while there's still Daisy's bed to bolt together?? Fingers are crossed for you here.

I usually hate this kind of thing but there were enough 'lovely things' - as Andy put it - to make it a contender for my track of the week. Really enjoyed this. It didn't win though! :)

SaraB - that's really interesting (and this isn't a criticism in any way) 'coz when the original version of this was on the site you said that you didn't find it interesting or pleasant (a reference to Mr C's comment on it.

Just goes to show you what a remix can do.

Well obviously I'm more of a mainstream girl than I realized. :) Clearly I prefer the pop shopping mall version!
