I really liked the combination of atmospheric electronic twergling with thrashy 3 piece rock.

Personally, I don't care for the Whoa wo vocal which is a dreadful brit rock cliché, nor do I like the saturation cymbals that sometimes swamp their sound.

Their 3 piece sound is not original but if they got someone in to expand and do the synthetics live they would definitely be onto something new.

Maybe they don't care and they just like to play.

I liked the over talking bits and agreed with Andy the 'Whoa wo' just feels like filler adding nothing to the piece at all.

If Hawkwind had started in the 1980s rather than 1969 then they might have sounded like this.
