There is a great framework here, waiting for a song that hasn't arrived at the studio yet.
There are many great rock icons represented in his music on his Myspace page, most notably Lou Reed and Velvet underground with splashes of Dylan and Ray Davies in "Give it up to love" which comes closest to being a fully formed song.
The better numbers are those credited as collaborations and it looks very much as though that's what he needs to become himself as an artist.

Soap
Graceland era Paul Simon and Vampire Weekend are evoked in this jaunty album from East Anglia. Afro-pop beats meet smart lyrics. CD £9.99 inc. p&p / Download £6.99
