8.5 I really like the feel of this. Afro/Latin Jazz? It sounds also a little bit like Fado in the imploring vocal style. Vulnerable but resilient.

The use of a gated silence is a bit brutal at the point "What happens when we stop?" I would have preferred some atmosphere of resonant instruments as you'd get in a live situation. A jolly good number.
